Workshop Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
Due to the limited number of places available, all workshop bookings are strictly confirmed only upon full payment. We are unable to hold or reserve places without payment. All workshop places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All workshop bookings are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to:
limited workshop capacity
upfront costs associated with venues and organisation
the impact of late cancellations on other participants
3. Cancellation by Participant (Credits)
If you are unable to attend your workshop, the following applies:
If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the workshop start date, a credit may be issued for use toward a future workshop (subject to availability).
If cancellation is made within 60 days of the workshop start date, no credit or transfer will be provided.
All credits:
are valid for 12 months from issue
are non-transferable unless approved in writing
must be used for a similar workshop offering
4. Transfers
In some cases, you may request to transfer your booking to another person.
This:
must be approved in advance
may be subject to an administration fee
is not guaranteed
5. Changes & Cancellations by Organiser
Moore Art reserves the right to:
reschedule
relocate
or cancel a workshop
If a workshop is cancelled by the organiser, participants will be offered:
a full refund or
a transfer to another workshop
Moore Art is not responsible for:
travel costs
accommodation costs
or any other expenses incurred
6. Travel & Accommodation
Unless explicitly stated, workshop fees do not include:
travel
accommodation
meals
Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements.
7. Materials & Equipment
Participants will receive a recommended materials list prior to the workshop.
Unless otherwise stated:
materials are not included
participants are responsible for bringing required equipment
8. Health & Safety
Participants attend workshops at their own risk.
You are responsible for:
ensuring you are physically able to participate
following any safety instructions provided during the workshop
Moore Art accepts no liability for:
injury
loss
or damage to personal property
9. Photography & Media
During workshops, photos and videos may be taken for:
marketing
promotional
educational purposes
By attending, you consent to the use of:
images
video footage
If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing prior to the workshop.
10. Behaviour & Participation
We aim to create a supportive and respectful environment for all participants.
Moore Art reserves the right to remove any participant who:
behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner
No refund will be issued in such cases.
11. Results Disclaimer
While every effort is made to provide high-quality instruction:
individual results will vary
outcomes depend on personal effort, experience, and practice

We are not able to respond to support requests via email, social media posts or messages, phone calls or texts. Please direct all support to the support desk. Typical response times via the support desk are 48 to 72 hours, however during certain periods this time may be delayed. Were possible we will respond in a timely manner.
By participating in this community, you acknowledge your acceptance of these guidelines along with our terms of service and privacy statement. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the revocation of your membership as per our terms of service.
